Reader

Reader: Reads a macro call’s input: length-prefixed fields (<len>:<bytes>, lists as a count then their items) in constructor order, written by the compiler (macros::encode).
Reader::str: One field.
Reader::int: A field holding a decimal integer, possibly negative.
